Placing my order was a breeze, I handled it all online. Quick Order is fantastic. They have an incredible selection of products and the prices are reasonable. Super fast shipping, much appreciated!

I placed my order on 8 November during the Click Frenzy event. It's now 12 December, and I still haven't seen my order. On 29 November, I was told it would ship 'in a few days', but that hasn't happened. I've had no updates from AMR since then.

Just to add: I appreciate the response that suggested I might not have placed an order. Your colleague Kylie C. was able to track it down and reached out today, only to inform me that almost half of my items are out of stock due to a 'technical glitch' with my order.

My order arrived within a week, and I was really pleased. But when I unboxed the glammar princess Workstation, I noticed a dent on one corner and another one underneath. I paid $695 for this item plus $90 for shipping. Carly from AMR reached out right after she saw my review. She offered me a replacement, a full refund, or a 50% refund. Since I had already set up the workstation, I chose the 50% refund. Carly truly went above and beyond, and I’m super satisfied with the help I got. I’ll definitely keep shopping with AMR. I waited a whole 16 days for my order, only to be fed one lie after another. I've been dealing with them for four years, but after I complained about my last order, they acted like I was trying to pull a fast one with a refund. Well, of course I want my money back if the goods never showed up! I’ve got a business to run, and waiting on stock for that long is just unacceptable. The customer service was rude, too. There are plenty of wholesalers out there who treat their customers better. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. It’s just not worth the trouble.

I bought a collection of Olaplex items from AMR, and their customer support was super quick to get back to me. The surprise goodie bag is awesome, and the samples are really nice.

I was blown away - really impressed. The quality, service, and shipping were all top-notch - the kit kat was a sweet bonus.

I ran into a few hiccups with the items going into my cart, but other than that, it’s been fantastic. They’re really generous with samples and even throw in a chocolate bar, which is adorable. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I made a purchase with AMR on Friday morning and was informed to look for it either right before Christmas or shortly after. It was such a delightful surprise when the delivery person knocked on my door the very next day (Saturday) with my package. I got some salon chairs, but they arrived damaged and they wouldn’t replace them. The service was awful, and I’d highly advise against buying anything from this business. I'm really let down.
